Tussen 09.53 en 10.03 is de temperatuur in BIT-2D lager geweest dan toegestaan volgens de SLA. Dit was het gevolg van de maandelijkse controle van de brandmeldinstallatie. Gedurende de periode dat de brandmeldcentrale 'brand' meldt gaat de koeling van BIT-2D volledig over op recirculatie. Op het moment dat de brandmeldcentrale niet langer 'brand' meldt gaat de koeling over op maximaal koelen. Dit was in combinatie met de huidige lage buitentemperatuur te veel van het goede. Er wordt overlegd met de leverancier van de koelinstallatie om deze situatie in de toekomst te voorkomen. Het incident is opgelost. Between 09:53 and 10:03 the temperature in BIT-2D was lower than allowed accorindg to SLA. This was the consequence of the monthly check of the fire alarm system. During the period that the fire alarm system reports 'fire' the cooling system in BIT-2D is working fully in recirculation mode. As soon as the fire alarm system does no longer report 'fire' the cooling system in BIT-2D switches to maximum cooling mode, this combined with the low outside temperatures resulted in too low temperatures in BIT-2D. We are consulting with our supplier of the cooling installation to prevent this situation in the future. The incident has been resolved.
