Vanaf 13.28 uur is er een storing ontstaan in een beperkt deel van ons netwerk dat gebruikt wordt voor VM's. De oorzaak van de storing is in onderzoek. Zodra er meer bekend is melden we dat op onze site.

Het probleem is herleid naar VM's van een klant, deze zijn geisoleerd en wij zien dat netwerkverkeer van de andere VM's weer werkzaam is. Het incident is opgelost. Heeft u vragen over dit incident, neem dan contact op met de afdeling Customer Care via +31 (0)318 648 688 of via support@bit.nl.

From 13:28 hrs a interruption occured in a part of our network that is used for VM's.

The problem is traced to VM's of a customer, these VM's are isolated and we see that networktraffic for other VM's is working again. The incident has been resolved.
