Door een storing aan één van onze hypervisors is een aantal van de virtual machines van klanten op dit moment onbereikbaar. Engineers zijn bezig het probleem te verhelpen. Meer informatie volgt.
Update geplaatst op 24-08-2024, 10:48u Door nog onbekende redenen is de hypervisor gereboot. Als voorzorgsmaatregel worden alle virtual machines die op die machine actief waren nu verhuisd naar andere hypervisors in het platform.
Update geplaatst op 24-08-2024, 10.56 Alle virtual machines zijn verhuisd naar andere hypervisors. Alle virtual machines waarop BIT verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer zijn nagelopen op het correct functioneren.
Er zal verder onderzoek gedaan worden naar de oorzaak van de spontane reboot van de hypervisors en waar nodig zullen corrigerende maatregelen genomen worden.

Due to an outage on one of our hypervisors some customer virtual machines are unavailable. Engineers are currently fixing the problem. We'll update this ticket with more information once it's available.
Update placed at 24/08/2024, 10:50h The hypervisor rebooted for yet unknown reasons. As a precaution engineers are moving all virtual machines that were running on that hypervisor to other hypervisors in the platform.
Update placed at 24/08/2024, 11:00h All virtual machines have been moved to other hypervisors. Virtual machines managed by BIT have been checked if they're operating correctly. Further investigation will be made to identify the cause of the unexected reboot, and if needed actions will be taken.
