Momenteel werken de statistieken in onze klantenportal niet. We zijn druk bezig dit probleem op te lossen en houden u op de hoogte.
Update geplaatst om 21.22 uur Voor de portal statistieken module maken wij gebruik van Influxdb, een time-series database. De database software werkt niet correct en vooralsnog is onduidelijk waar dit door veroorzaakt wordt. Er wordt nog nader onderzoek verricht door onze engineers. Behalve inzage in statistieken in de portal zijn er geen diensten getroffen door deze storing. Volg de incidentmelding op onze website voor updates inzake dit incident.
Update geplaatst om 21.55 uur De database server gebruikt veel geheugen en kreeg vanuit het OS niet voldoende geheugen toegewezen. Na een kernel configuratie aanpassing krijgt Influxdb wel voldoende RAM. De statistieken in de portal zijn weer beschikbaar.

Update placed at 21:27 The module for statistics in the portal uses Influxdb, a time-series database. The database software is malfunctioning and it is still unclear what the cause for the malfunction is. BIT engineers continue to troubleshoot the issue. This incident only affects the statistics view in the portal, other services are unaffected. Follow the incident on our website for updates concerning this incident.
Update placed at 22:00 The database server consumes a lot of RAM memory. The operating system did not supply the database with enough memory. After a kernel configuration change it does. Statistics in the portal are noqw available.
