Om 11.50 uur is de stroomtoevoer vanuit het lichtnet weggevallen. De datacenters draaien sindsdien op de noodstroomvoorzieningen. Omdat bij een ongeplande schakeling naar noodstroom de koelinstallaties tijdelijk uitgaan is de temperatuur op enkele plaatsen in de serverruimtes enkele minuten enkele graden verhoogd geweest. De stijging van temperatuur is beperkt en binnen SLA limieten gebleven. De apparatuur in de datacenters is niet uit geweest.

At 11:50 hrs power from the mains was lost. The datacenters are running on the emergency power supplies since. The cooling equipment loses power for a brief moment in case of an unplanned switch to emergency power. Therefor the temperature at some places in the server rooms increased by some degrees for some minutes. None of the IT equipment in the datacenters has lost power and the temperature increase has remained within SLA limits.
