Omstreeks 14.52 is een van de twee filers voor shared storage onbereikbaar geraakt. De oorzaak van het onbereikbaar raken van deze filer wordt nog onderzocht door onze engineers, hiervoor volgt nog spoedonderhoud. De andere filer heeft succesvol een takeover gedaan, waardoor er geen merkbare impact hoort te zijn voor de gebruikers van onze shared storage dienst. Dit betekent wel dat er op dit moment geen redundantie is voor shared storage. Volg de incidentmelding op onze website voor updates inzake dit incident.

De benodigde acties worden uitgevoerd tijdens spoedonderhoud, aangezien dit gedaan wordt aan een stabiele niet redundante situatie.

Het spoedonderhoud is succesvol uitgevoerd. De kapotte hardware is vervangen en de diensten zijn weer redundant.

Around 14:52 one of two filers for shared storage has become unavailable. Our engineers are investigating the cause for this unavailability, emergency maintenance will follow. The other filer has done a successful takeover, therefor there should be no noticable impact for users of our share storage service. This does mean that there is no redundancy for shared storage at this moment. Follow the incident on our website for updates concerning this incident.

The defect hardware is replaced an the filer is back online. The services are back at full redundancy now.
