Storing UMTS/4G/5G met vast IP / Disruption UMTS/4G/5G with fixed IP

Er is op dit moment een storing gaande bij Vodafone waardoor instellingen voor specifieke APN's niet meer werken in hun netwerk. Er is omstreeks 10.25 uur een poging gedaan door Vodafone om dit probleem op te lossen. Dit heeft echter niet geholpen. Er wordt door Vodafone verder gewerkt aan dit probleem. Klanten met Vast IP op UMTS/4G/5G via BIT kunnen deze dienst op dit moment niet gebruiken. Volg de incidentmelding op onze website voor updates inzake dit incident.

Status bij Vodafone is dat vervolgacties gepland zijn. Wij houden dit probleem in de gaten.

Sinds 12.03 uur zien we weer logins voor UMTS/4G/5G met vast IP. Het probleem is echter nog niet afgemeld door Vodafone.

At this moment there is a disruption at Vodafone what breaks that specific APN settings work in their network. Around 10.25 Vodafone did an attempt to fix this problem. This did not fix the problem. Vodafone is working further to fix this problem.

Clients with fixed IP on UMTS/4G/5G via BIT can not use this service at this moment.

Since 12:03 we see logins for UMTS/4G/5G with fixed IP. The problem is not yet marked as resolved by Vodafone.
