Omstreeks 16.27 heeft zich een kortstondige onderbreking voorgedaan aan de koeling van BIT-2BCD. Deze korte onderbreking werd veroorzaakt door een stroomdip vanuit het net. De stroomdip heeft fasebewaking getriggerd van de koelmachines van BIT-2BCD, waardoor deze koelmachines uitgeschakeld werden. Dit heeft weer tot gevolg gehad dat de temperatuur op sommige plekken in BIT-2B en BIT-2C hoger is geweest dan gebruikelijk op die plekken. Door collega's zijn de koelmachines omstreeks 16.28 handmatig ingeschakeld. Er wordt door BIT onderzocht hoe een dergelijke situatie voorkomen kan worden.

Around 16:27 there was a short disruption of the cooling for BIT-2BCD. This short disruption was triggered by a powerdip from the power grid. The powerdip triggered phase monitoring of the chillers for BIT-2BCD, which causes that the chillers where shut down. As a result the temperature in some places in BIT-2B and BIT-2C has been higher than normally on those places. Follow the incident on our website for updates concerning this incident.

Colleagues have manually switched on the chillers around 16:28. BIT is researching how we can prevent an incident like this.
